You are bidding on a RARE VINTAGE November 1931 issue of the Windy City Precancel News from Chicago, Illinois (Vol 4, #6) Precancelled Stamps Collectors Magazine. Item is in VERY GOOD Condition with slight wear. 16 Pages
This version of the WCPN ran from 1929 to November 1932. It was consolidated into the Journal of Precancels either December 1931 or January 1932. This could possibly be the last issue before that consolidation. Source: (cut and paste)
