This is a beautiful 1980s skirt/dress from the designer
Diane Freis
. It is quite a fashionista collector’s item, being 100% cotton which is rarely found in Fries items, makes this a rare find. Originally from LA, The Freis sisters were known for their flowing boho, yet elegant dresses. This dress has a beautiful vibrant spring bright pastel floral print with contrasting panels.. This skirt/dress has elastic waist to ensure a comfortable (elastic in good condition and has tailor added support elastic)
