Vintage yardage for the ruffle that goes onto petticoats and underskirts to make them fill out circle skirts. White netting with lace finished band on the top and a gathered ruffle with a piping hem. The yardage is continuous and forms a circle. Great vintage condition it is from the 1950's but was stored away form the light.
