Nintendo does not produce parts for these consoles so no new genuine Nintendo parts exist. The genuine Nintendo circle pad is made of two pieces: a hard plastic part with a thicker rubber layer on top. It is common for the rubber to rip off the hard plastic. The circle pad sold in this listing is a single piece of hard plastic with a thin rubber textured membrane on the outside. It is a bit lighter and smoother than a genuine Nintendo circle pad but does not suffer the same problem of the rubber ripping off. It is largely buyer preference for which type is preferred. The hard plastic one being sold here is generally more durable than others that have multiple parts.
Returns are not accepted for this item because return shipping costs ~ and is not worth the cost relative to the value of the circle pad. I will accept returns for large orders where the order value exceeds the cost to ship. Send an eBay message if you have not received your order within the allotted mail time. This likely means USPS lost the envelope or there is an address issue.
