When you order with us, your Rebounder ships out in 1 to 2 business days. We typically ship out your Rebounder that day or the morning of the next day. (Dependent on what time you ordered)
Shipping takes 3-7 Business days to arrive to you.
With your order you will get a confirmation email that includes your shipping information so you can track your package.
If you have not received your package in over a week, contact us at the e-mail above and we can help you out.
If you ordered the wrong color or size, simply e-mail us and we will either be able to cancel your order or we will send you a prepaid shipping label.  You can then go ahead and order the correct size. It takes awhile for us to receive your return and issue your refund so make sure to double check your order before you check-out!
When you order you have a 30 Day Trial to try out your Rebounder. If you would like to send your Rebounder back, we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your rebounder we will issue you a full refund.

Our money-back guarantee is for 30 days on orders that are not international. You have up to 30-days after your rebounder arrives to your door to return your rebounder for a full refund. We do not accept returns after 30-days. In the case of damaged items, please see below for lifetime warranty information.
